    STEP ONE: SELECT YOUR CORE CLASS(ES)
    ​    ALL CLASSES HELD AT FOX HQ IN NEEDHAM MARKET
    * BALLET LEVELS- please check with Miss Heidi for most appropriate class
    STEP TWO: SELECT ANY BOLT-ON AND EXTENSION CLASS(ES)
    * Senior Ballet Tech & Pre-Pointe/Pointe where taken together are charged as 1x 60minute class
    STEP THREE: FILL IN YOUR DETAILS
    Please note that completing this form does not guarantee your childs'  space in class. We will contact you with a class offer and full enrolment information for the new term when a space is available.  You will be invited to create an account on our Parent Portal and  electronically sign a copy of our Terms, Conditions and Disclaimer in order to complete the enrolment process.
